Overview
BluePearl is looking for a junior to mid-level Marketing Analytics Analyst to support reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking across marketing campaigns. This role will focus on working with data, building reports, and turning insights into clear business recommendations.
What you’ll be doing
• Prepare weekly marketing reports by cleaning, organizing, and validating data, and summarizing key insights
• Compare agency (Publicis) data with internal data to identify discrepancies and explain findings
• Track and analyze marketing tests (A/B and multivariate) and provide simple, actionable insights
• Support monthly performance reviews by analyzing campaign results, trends, and business impact
• Maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Handle ad hoc data requests and turn business questions into clear analysis
What they’re looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and working with large datasets
• Experience building reports, dashboards, or recurring analytics processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into insights
• Comfortable communicating findings to non-technical teams
Nice to have
• Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, or paid media platforms
• Background in A/B testing, attribution, or funnel analysis
• Experience working with agencies or multi-channel marketing data
