Marketing Analytics Analyst Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid) Client: Travel & Leisure Experience: 4+ Years Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, TN, H4-EAD, EAD (No H1B) Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Marketing Analytics Analyst to support marketing effectiveness, customer insights, and growth initiatives across digital and offline marketing channels. This role will partner with Marketing, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, customer behavior analysis, attribution modeling, A/B testing, reporting, and data visualization. Strong SQL skills and experience with digital analytics platforms are required. Key Responsibilities Marketing Performance & Growth Analytics • Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid and owned channels. • Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable recommendations. • Evaluate acquisition efficiency, conversion performance, and customer engagement. • Monitor marketing spend effectiveness and ROI. Customer & Audience Analytics • Perform customer segmentation and audience analysis. • Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, retention, and lifecycle metrics. • Identify high-value customer segments and growth opportunities. Attribution & Measurement • Support multi-touch attribution analysis and marketing measurement initiatives. • Evaluate channel contribution and campaign effectiveness. • Assist with incrementality testing, lift analysis, and measurement strategy improvements. Testing & Experimentation • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and marketing experiments. • Validate statistical significance and provide data-backed recommendations. • Support optimization initiatives through structured experimentation. Reporting & Visualization • Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders. • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Improve reporting automation and data accessibility. Data & Analytics • Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud-based platforms. • Validate marketing tracking, campaign data, and reporting accuracy. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related disciplines. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance measurement. • Experience with customer segmentation, audience analytics, and funnel analysis. • Hands-on experience with attribution methodologies and marketing measurement. • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and marketing experiments. • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large datasets. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required Tools & Technologies • SQL • Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) • Looker Studio • Power BI • BigQuery Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Python, R, or Databricks. • Knowledge of forecasting and predictive analytics. • Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, loyalty, or subscription-based businesses. • Familiarity with incrementality testing and advanced attribution models. • Understanding of digital analytics implementation and tracking concepts. • Exposure to APIs, marketing technology platforms, or basic HTML. • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation workflows for analytics. • Experience with marketing optimization and experimentation frameworks. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Travel, Hospitality, Leisure, Loyalty Programs, Subscription Businesses, E-commerce, Consumer Marketing, or Digital Marketing Analytics environments are highly preferred.
