Job Description:
Responsibilities:
β’ Dive deep into web analytics and user journey analysis to understand customer behavior and optimize conversion paths.
β’ Map user journeys, analyze engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on site, scroll depth), and pinpoint opportunities for site and campaign improvement.
β’ Build and maintain Analytics dashboards for executive stakeholders, and create custom metrics, segments, and dimensions in Adobe Analytics.
β’ Analyze paid media performance across social, programmatic, search, and display channels.
β’ Deliver executive-ready reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to guide future marketing investments.
β’ Work cross-functionally with social media, paid media, content, and email marketing teams to deliver quarterly insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience with Adobe Analytics (workspace analysis, segments, calculated metrics, API integrations), SQL for data extraction and analysis, and dashboard creation using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
β’ Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as ThoughtSpot, web debugging tools, and data engineering concepts (ETL, data quality management).
β’ Demonstrated ability to analyze digital marketing campaigns across paid social, programmatic, search, display, and email channels.
β’ Skilled in user journey mapping, conversion optimization, and website A/B testing.
β’ Proficient with key marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPC, CPM, ROAS, engagement, bounce rate, time on site) and marketing technology stacks (tag management, attribution tools, CDPs).
β’ Expert at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
