Title: Creative Technology and Automations Specialist Contract: 12 Months (with potential for extension) Location – Malvern PA, 19355 (Hybrid) Job Overview: Our client, a prominent organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Creative Technology & Automation Specialist to join its Marketing Operations team. This role is designed for a technically strong professional who excels at the intersection of automation, data visualization, and creative operations. The ideal candidate will develop scalable tools, automation workflows, and analytical dashboards that enable marketing and creative teams to work more efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This position also offers the opportunity to explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance creative ideation and content workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, APIs, and related technologies. • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools to provide actionable insights to marketing and creative stakeholders. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. • Integrate data from external sources such as social media, behavioral analytics, and campaign performance platforms. • Build predictive insights and trend analyses to support campaign planning and creative strategy. • Support experimentation with Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and other emerging technologies. • Evaluate and recommend innovative tools and technologies that improve marketing agility and creative productivity. • Optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and Fusion. • Expertise in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools. • Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems and platforms. • Proven experience automating complex data workflows. • Familiarity with marketing operations, creative workflows, and campaign execution environments. • Exposure to AI/ML technologies and frameworks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and creative teams. Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in digital marketing, creative operations, or marketing analytics. • Knowledge of predictive modeling and trend analysis. • Familiarity with Generative AI and content automation solutions. • Experience working in enterprise-level environments.
