Role description
Are you an experienced Marketing Campaign Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Analyst to work 100% remotely.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The Marketing Campaign Analyst supports the development, execution, measurement and refinement of multi-channel, multi¬ touch marketing campaigns by partnering with other analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and 3rd party data and service providers.-Together, they will develop the requirements for marketing campaigns, create targeted segments and models, identify key metrics used to evaluate performance of campaigns, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.
β’ The Marketing Campaign Analyst sets pre-campaign analytics objectives and develops audiences and targeting.
β’ The analyst designs, coordinates, and schedules multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns and maintains the marketing calendar.
β’ They will also provide comprehensive performance measurement of campaigns, perform mid-campaign adjustments and refinements, and report on return on investment and lifetime value contributions.
β’ The analyst will assist with the adoption of new campaign or customer relationship technologies within our digital experience platform.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree required
β’ 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related field is required.
β’ Big brand/agency experience
β’ Experience analyzing large data sets that may include structured and unstructured data is required.
β’ Experience using digital experience platform technologies including customer data platforms, CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, and other digital marketing tools, such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint etc. is required. -Advanced Excel skills are required.
β’ Proven ability to use reporting tools to convert data into meaningful analyses and insights required.
β’ Proven ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders. Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork required.
β’ Experience in the use of next best action, customer lifetime value or churn prediction models preferred.
β’ Knowledge of SQL and Python as well as Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI is preferred.
β’ Must be a relationship builder.
β’ Requires intellectual curiosity, problem solving ability, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, high attention to detail, persuasive oral and written communications and project management skills.
β’ Advanced Excel skills.
β’ Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style environment that expects and promotes teamwork.
β’ Must have experience in effectively meeting deadlines on-time with a quality product.
β’ Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
β’ Will work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
β’ Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
β’ Position may require occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
