Role description
Job Title: Operations Support/ Marketing Data Analyst
Location: London, UK
Job Type: Full-time contract, Until 04/07/2026
Responsibilities:
• The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage Client users while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget. By focusing on the planning
and execution of our CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of Client most important markets.
• You'll own and coordinate our campaign calendar in collaboration with multiple teams (Marketing, our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations).
Own and execute large-scale campaigns on our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc)
• You'll analyze and share insights with the Central Operations team, and the broader UKI Client Leadership team - around demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and future improvements.
• Handle part of our suite of acquisition products
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or equivalent. You are familiar with high operational and dynamic environments.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in working across large data sets is needed
You have experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experiments and are proficient in SQL (e.g. writing queries)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong Executor with a focus on detail: Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing this is your strength. You have a structured approach to work and are diligent in detail.
• A bias for data: You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You know how to use data to make decisions and are experienced with analytical tools.
• Customer Focused: You care deeply about our customers, understand their needs, and strive to build processes that delight them.
• Clear Communicator: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the important points, and turn them into action items.
• Relationship Builder: You are able to quickly build a good rapport with your partners, but you are no people pleaser. You can push back when needed, without hurting the relationship.
• Explorer: The ability to self-start, investigate and get the required data, along with learning how to use new tools, will make you much more effective in this role. You enjoy being a self-starter with a proactive demeanor.
