Role description
Duration: 6 month contract (No opportunity for direct hire) Location: New York, NY / Washington, DC (Hybrid 4 days/week) About the Team: Join a globally recognized investment and financial services organization building a modern, data-driven marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership and shape how marketing performance is measured across the business. What You’ll Do: • Build and own the marketing analytics function from scratch • Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking across digital channels • Translate complex performance data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders • Partner with marketing, investment, and external vendor teams to improve campaign effectiveness • Analyze website, email, paid media, social, and content performance to drive optimization • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives to improve engagement and conversion outcomes • Improve data quality, taxonomy, tagging, and reporting infrastructure across platforms Core Tech & Skills: • Power BI • Tableau • Power Query & advanced Excel • Salesforce & CRM analytics • DealCloud or similar financial CRM platforms • Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics • Marketing attribution & campaign measurement • Data visualization & executive storytelling • Qualtrics or survey analytics tools • AI-driven reporting and automation workflows
