About the Role
Weโre seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience analyzing direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing campaigns, uncovering actionable insights from large datasets, and driving improved customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
โข Analyze and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, phone, and digital media).
โข Conduct individual-level email response analysis to assess engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
โข Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize campaign performance and customer experience.
โข Perform data extraction, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
โข Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate results and insights.
โข Provide data-driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and customer lifetime value.
โข Support predictive analytics and trend modeling initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
โข Work with large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights for both marketing and customer analytics.
โข (Preferred) Apply analytical skills within healthcare or health insurance marketing environments.
Required Skills & Experience
โข Proven experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or campaign performance analysis.
โข Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, especially email marketing analytics.
โข Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau / Power BI, SAS, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.
โข Experience handling large datasets, conducting ETL processes, and creating clear data visualizations.
โข Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate data into business insights.
โข Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
โข Experience in healthcare or health insurance analytics.
โข Familiarity with predictive modeling, customer segmentation, or marketing automation platforms.
