Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst Location: Remote Payrate: $40/hr on W2 Eligibility: ONLY US CITIZEN AND GC HOLDER NO C2C ONLY ON W2 About the Role Weโ€™re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience analyzing direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing campaigns, uncovering actionable insights from large datasets, and driving improved customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Analyze and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, phone, and digital media). โ€ข Conduct individual-level email response analysis to assess engagement, conversion, and retention metrics. โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize campaign performance and customer experience. โ€ข Perform data extraction, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and BI tools. โ€ข Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate results and insights. โ€ข Provide data-driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and customer lifetime value. โ€ข Support predictive analytics and trend modeling initiatives to identify opportunities for growth. โ€ข Work with large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights for both marketing and customer analytics. โ€ข (Preferred) Apply analytical skills within healthcare or health insurance marketing environments. Required Skills & Experience โ€ข Proven experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or campaign performance analysis. โ€ข Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, especially email marketing analytics. โ€ข Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau / Power BI, SAS, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics. โ€ข Experience handling large datasets, conducting ETL processes, and creating clear data visualizations. โ€ข Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate data into business insights. โ€ข Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. โ€ข Experience in healthcare or health insurance analytics. โ€ข Familiarity with predictive modeling, customer segmentation, or marketing automation platforms.
