- 2+ years working with the Microsoft Suite (excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word)
- Strong technical aptitude + experience learning / working with computer systems (JD Edwards, EOS, etc)
- Strong time-management, communication, decision-making and attention-to-detail skills
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Project Management, Technical writer, or legal background
- Any healthcare / pharma / med experience
- SharePoint building and advanced functionality
- Excel templates, macros and forms building
- Familiarity with Tableau for metrics and reporting is a plus
- Experience working in a pharma, med device, or life sciences company
Job Description
An employer is seeking a Data Driven Marketing Analyst for a long-term contract in the West Chester, PA area. This employee will be responsible for the day to day management efforts of content marketing or educational materials that pass through the franchise. On a daily basis, this individual will be working with the team to use copy approval software to manage the flow of jobs throughout the department. They will use a set of rules / a decision tree to understand what a procedure needs and what regulations need to be followed. (There are both internal regulations as well external FDA regulations) It is important that this employee possess excellent communication (both written & verbal), project management, high attention to detail and organizational skills. In order to be successful, this individual must be able to thrive in situations that are constantly changing, have high multi-tasking skills, and able to persuade audiences that have different agendas to adjust to the team's set processes. This person is the final step in the Copy Approval process so they will be required to complete compliance checks of submissions, and handle ad-hoc requests as they occur. This employee is required to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Compensation: $20-25/hr
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
