Role description
Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join one of their premium clients in the pharmaceutical space. This person will act as support for the marketing operations function and will bring technical expertise for technical activities, including monitoring and auditing, data anomaly investigation, data validation and file transfer oversight. You will be responsible for working in systems including: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Gigya and numerous SQL databases via SQL Studio. This person will also own and manage information request management ticket requests which includes database tasks such as: 1. Determining whether there is data in organization’s systems for the requestor 1. Identifying the specific data the organisation has for the requestor 1. Processing data deletion requests 1. Managing "Do Not Share" data requests This person will help streamline ad-hoc data ingestion processes and will additionally provide support for other technical functions, such as email deliverability tasks and monitoring engagement metrics. Qualifications: Β· Experience within marketing operations, data analysis, or related fields Β· Experience developing visuals and process diagrams to outline current and future workflows, facilitating cross-functional team discussions and alignment Β· Hands-on experience conducting first-level data analysis using ad-hoc queries within the Data Mart for data investigation purposes Β· Proficiency in SQL (not expert-level, but regular hands-on use required) Β· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Β· Experience supporting monitoring and troubleshooting efforts across marketing systems
