Role description
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate Flows to support operational efficiency.
• Create clear documentation and provide user support to ensure effective adoption across the team.
• Mentor team members interested in learning Power Automate and help drive automation-based productivity improvements.
• Deliver analytics and insights on campaign performance to support client initiatives.
• Automate reporting processes for Campaign Performance Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, including:
• Templated Excel reporting suites
• Templated PowerPoint decks
• AI prompt libraries
• Agentic AI workflows
• Build monitoring tools to alert stakeholders on KPI performance relative to industry benchmarks.
• Research emerging AI tools and explore opportunities to integrate them into the analytics environment to strengthen insights and efficiency.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics; experience with digital platforms and Google Analytics is a plus.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and related functions.
• Salesforce knowledge required.
• Experience managing or supporting digital campaigns (e.g., PPC, PMax, Display, Meta, Metasearch) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Derbysoft is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to experiment and test new ideas.
• Ability to interact confidently with senior-level decision makers.
