Job Description:
Experience Requirements
• SQL & Python (3–5 years): Proven expertise in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and developing Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Campaign Analytics (1–2 years): Experience analyzing campaign performance, building causal inference models, and developing propensity models to predict customer behavior.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Understanding of experimental design, test/control setup, and interpreting results to inform marketing strategy. Prior exposure to campaign processes is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
• SQL & Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in campaign list generation, post-campaign analysis, automation, and applying machine learning techniques
• Databricks & Snowflake: Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and Snowflake for scalable data warehousing.
• Tableau: Experience building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders
