Data Operations Analyst – Financial Services (Contract)
Location: 100 Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months (extension possible)
Day Rate: £250–£310 per day
About the Role
We are looking for a data-focused professional to join our EMEA operations team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in financial services, who can manage large volumes of data, produce accurate reports, and support multiple projects across the region.
You will work on data input, KPI tracking, and reporting for business-critical initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role involves handling data for global transaction banking, deposits, and derivatives-related projects, supporting decision-making through clear insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Input and maintain project data across internal systems.
• Analyse KPI metrics and produce regular reports on business performance.
• Summarise data for multiple projects (approx. 20 campaigns) and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with teams across financial services functions to gather and validate data.
Skills & Experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with internal systems.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and presentations.
• Experience in data analytics or operations within financial services.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for basic tasks.
