Role description
Position: Marketing Insights Analyst - Healthcare Division Location: 100% Remote Payrate: $40/hr on W2 Job Description: โš ๏ธ Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered for this position. Weโ€™re looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join our team supporting the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) business segment at โ€ข Healthcare (Fortune 100 Health Insurance Company). What Youโ€™ll Do: โ€ข Partner with marketing teams to analyze and optimize campaigns across acquisition, engagement, and retention. โ€ข Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, ROI, and marketing performance. โ€ข Design and measure A/B and multivariate tests to improve marketing outcomes. โ€ข Ensure accuracy in campaign tracking and automate reporting workflows. โ€ข Communicate insights and trends to cross-functional business teams. Requirement: โ€ข 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or digital analytics (healthcare or insurance preferred). โ€ข Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, Teradata, or SAS. โ€ข Experience with Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics and Tableau. โ€ข Skilled in working with large datasets and visualizing insights clearly. โ€ข Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication skills. Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Applied Math, Marketing Analytics, or related field preferred.
