Marketing Performance Analyst Requirements:

Marketing Performance Analyst Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models connecting marketing spend to funded loan volume and revenue.
• Calculate and report key efficiency metrics such as ROI, cost-per-funded-loan, and cost-per-lead.
• Support marketing budget planning, tracking actuals versus forecasts, and analyzing variances.
• Build financial models and dashboards to provide actionable insights to marketing and finance teams.
• Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to optimize spend and performance.
