Title: Marketing Technology Data Analyst
Position: Contract
Location Owings Mills, MD (Candidates but be in or near Baltimore, MD)
Role Summary:
This role bridges marketing operations and data analysis by supporting key platforms—Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets Cloud. You'll manage systems, analyze data, improve workflows, and ensure platforms are optimized for content effectiveness and compliance. Ideal candidates combine technical know-how with analytical insight and can independently drive platform improvements in a fast-paced, stakeholder-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access across Seismic, Workfront, and AEM Assets.
• Metadata & Tagging: Maintain taxonomies and metadata in Seismic and AEM; lead tagging strategies and bulk updates.
• Data Analysis: Use Excel to analyze platform usage, content performance, and tagging trends; recommend optimizations.
• Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and improve Adobe Workfront workflows; implement changes to enhance efficiency.
• Document Management: Add, update, expire, and organize content across supported platforms.
• Automation & Templates: Customize Seismic LiveDocs with variables, shared tables, templates, and forms.
• Content Personalization: Create and manage logic-based persona views to improve content relevance and compliance.
• Security & Compliance: Apply access controls, audit user activity, and enforce data protection practices.
• Training & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and support platform adoption.
• Project Management: Define milestones, track work independently, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on platform updates; recommend and implement enhancements.
• Reporting & Insights: Support reporting efforts on content lifecycle, usage, and performance.
Qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience driving change across cross-functional teams
• Process-focused with a service-first attitude
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Proven process improvement and system administration experience
Preferred:
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries
• Familiarity with Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets
• Understanding of marketing content lifecycle
• Knowledge of taxonomies and semantic structures
