Marketing Technology Engineer

The Marketing Technology Engineer will design, develop, and support scalable marketing technology solutions that enable customer engagement, personalization, and data-driven marketing across a large retail digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop cloud-native microservices and REST APIs using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.x • Build and maintain data pipelines using BigQuery, Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer), Dataform, and PubSub • Integrate with marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Oracle Responsys, Unity CDP, SAS, and Adobe Journey Optimizer • Develop low-latency data models using MongoDB and PostgreSQL • Support AI-enabled marketing use cases leveraging LangChain, Gemini Pro, and FastAPI • Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD / Spinnaker • Monitor applications using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and GCP Logging • Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and on-call rotations Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8–10+ years of software development experience • 3+ years hands-on with Java & Spring Boot • Strong experience with GCP (GKE, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, PubSub) • Experience with Adobe Analytics / MarTech platforms • Strong REST API development experience Preferred Qualifications: • Retail or ecommerce domain experience • Experience with Airflow, Dataform, DataFlow • ReactJS exposure • AI/ML or LLM integration exposure • Kubernetes & containerization Important Details: • Employment Type: Contract • Work Location: Duluth, GA - Hybrid, 2 days onsite weekly • Company HQ: New York • Target Bill Rate: $60/hr – $64/hr • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours • Benefits: PTO, 401k Retirement Contribution This hot job won’t be open long APPLY TODAY!
