The position involves designing secure and scalable master data components that support transparent communication flows, ensuring that critical information is accurate, timely, and consistent. The professional will collaborate with cross functional partners to align communication platforms with organizational goals and improve Experience: 9 to 11 Yrs Required Skills: Java, Informatica MDM Hub Console, Informatica Active VOS, Informatica MDM Entity360 & IDD Responsibilities: Design and implement robust Java based services that support corporate communication workflows and ensure reliable information delivery across internal platforms -Configure and optimize Informatica MDM Hub Console components to maintain high quality master data that underpins communication channels and reporting needs -Develop and refine Informatica MDM Entity360 views to present clear and contextualized profiles that help communication teams access accurate stakeholder information -Build and maintain Informatica IDD user interfaces that enable communication teams to manage and govern master data efficiently and consistently -Create and orchestrate process flows using Informatica Active VOS to automate communication related data approvals notifications and exception handling -Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate corporate communication requirements into scalable technical designs powered by Java and Informatica MDM capabilities -Conduct detailed data analysis and profiling to identify gaps and inconsistencies that could impact the clarity of messages and stakeholder communications -Implement strong data validation and stewardship rules so that corporate communication outputs rely on trusted and consistent master data sources -Prepare technical documentation for services integrations and MDM configurations that support transparency continuity and knowledge sharing within the communication function -Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes in Java services and MDM configurations to safeguard stability of communication platforms in a day shift schedule -Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in hybrid work model setups ensuring timely resolution so that communication activities remain uninterrupted and reliable -Coordinate with information security and compliance partners to ensure that data and communication solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory expectations -Mentor peers by sharing best practices in Java development Informatica MDM configuration and data governance so the broader team can deliver higher quality communication solutions -Drive continuous improvement initiatives that use insights from communication metrics to enhance data models integration patterns and user experiences Qualifications: Combine nine to eleven years of professional experience working on complex enterprise applications with strong exposure to communication or data intensive environments -Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java with experience in building distributed services integration layers and reusable frameworks supporting corporate solutions -Exhibit hands on experience with Informatica MDM Hub Console including configuration of trust rules match merge setups and batch jobs for master data consolidation -Show practical expertise in Informatica MDM Entity360 and IDD configuration to design user friendly and performant interfaces for data stewards and communication partners -Apply working knowledge of Informatica Active VOS to design and maintain workflow processes that orchestrate approvals tasks and notifications for master data changes -Use strong understanding of data modelling data quality and referential integrity concepts to ensure that communication related data is accurate consistent and meaningful -Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model managing tasks and collaboration through virtual tools while maintaining productivity during standard day shifts -Display strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on resolving production incidents and preventing recurrence through root cause analysis and corrective measures -Communicate complex technical topics in clear inclusive and concise language so that non technical stakeholders in corporate communication functions can make informed decisions -Exhibit familiarity with agile delivery practices including backlog refinement sprint planning and review ceremonies to support predictable and transparent project outcomes -Apply knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and APIs to connect MDM solutions with downstream communication tools dashboards and reporting platforms -Show commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving Java frameworks and Informatica capabilities to keep corporate communication platforms modern and efficient Years of Experience: 11.00 Years of Experience
