Role description
• Serve as a key technical leader in architecting and delivering enterprise‑grade NoSQL solutions using MarkLogic across data‑modernization PODs.
• Design scalable, secure, and high‑performance MarkLogic architectures supporting complex enterprise data workloads.
• Lead development of MarkLogic data models, indexing strategies, and search configurations to optimize performance and query efficiency.
• Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and operational optimization for large‑scale MarkLogic deployments.
• Implement compliance‑driven data governance, security controls, and role‑based access models within MarkLogic environments.
• Enable intelligent data integration using MarkLogic features such as semantic enrichment, RDF triples, and ontology‑based modeling.
• Build and optimize federated search capabilities across diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
• Modernize legacy data ecosystems by designing migration strategies and transforming them into agile, scalable MarkLogic‑based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and data teams to define best practices, reusable patterns, and reference architectures.
• Act as a Technical Solutions Advisor to senior leadership, guiding strategic decisions on MarkLogic adoption and enterprise data modernization.
• Provide technical mentorship and oversight to development teams implementing MarkLogic‑based solutions.
