Job#: 25-5534 Please send resume to: Recruiters@cenergyintl.com LNG OPERATIONS Description:The Master Data Administrator is responsible for ensuring SAP vendor and customer master data is up-to-date and in compliance with company practices and policies. This position interfaces with various levels of management and reports directly to the Supply Chain Advisor. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data. Essential Duties / Functions:1. Maintain the safety and security of the organization's network database, ensuring the correct data integration and processing, and monitoring the feasibility of data requirements2. An understanding of and adherence to master data governance, policies, and procedures3. Review of incoming requests for completeness and accuracy4. Develop and maintain data quality control procedures5. Perform regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness6. Understanding of Risk Management7. Assisting with internal/external audit activities8. Identification and appropriate follow up of opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization, and rationalization of master data9. Ensuring accuracy and proper storage of Tax and Banking documentation10. Meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements regarding timeliness of processing vendor data new / change requests11. Identification and support of vendor data cleansing activities12. Supports Supply Chain and Finance-Accounts Payable with vendor management including new vendor set-up and changes to the vendor master13. Supports Finance-Accounts Payable, Commercial, and Settlements with customer management including new Customer set-up and changes to the Customer master14. Responsible for the resolution of any problems or issues arising15. Excellent customer service while interfacing with customers and suppliers16. Maintains documentation and records per records retention policy17. Responsible for updating process guidelines and procedures related to job role18. Identifies, develops, and implements opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements19. Develops, implements, and monitors KPI’s/control reports20. Ensures controls are in place to prevent conflicts of interest Minimum education required of the position. High school diploma or GED required Bachelors or Associates degree in business related discipline preferred Minimum experience required of the position. 2-5 years related SAP Vendor and/or Customer Master Data Maintenance Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position. ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experience required Ability to take ownership, think independently and perform task with minimal supervision Ability to interface with multiple organizations and various levels of management Skills in Microsoft office environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Punctuality, flexibility and a sense of urgency Process Improvement Required job competencies of the position: Detail Oriented Communication Persuasiveness Planning and Organizing Thoroughness Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position SAP Master Data Governance or MDM a Plus!
