Master Data Analyst

Job Summary Our client a leading Healthcare & Lifesciences provider is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities • Create and maintain master data in SAP and/or related systems for data accuracy, consistency, and availability • Manage foundational data that supports operational business processes and reporting • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve master data issues proactively • Recommend process improvements and maintain audit/training documentation • Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements and production support • Participate in small-scale master data and process improvement projects • Maintain operational metrics focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience • Experience with SAP and/or ERP/CRM systems involving data governance and master data management • Experience translating business operations into structured system data • Bonus points for exposure to materials, logistics, or manufacturing data Work Environment • Location: St. Louis, Missouri • Hybrid Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $78,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
