Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead analysis and consulting for travel product and program technologies. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system migrations, maintain high data quality standards, and drive operational excellence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incident resolution with timely communication, ensuring adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements)
Perform critical issue analysis and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives
Assess issue severity based on business impact and prioritize accordingly
Support and lead large-scale migration projects within the travel technology ecosystem
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve migration and system challenges
Participate in system development, testing, and implementation processes
Ensure overall success and stability of migration programs
Data Management & Governance:
Standardize, de-duplicate, and enrich data to maintain a single source of truth
Enforce data governance policies, rules, and procedures to ensure data integrity
Analyze and improve master data processes through process mapping and optimization
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
Experience with Master Data Management tools (e.g., Ataccama ONE or similar platforms preferred)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, scripting/macros)
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or KNIME
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with process modeling tools like Visio, Draw.io, or similar
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes from reported symptoms
Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and metrics analysis
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business travel industry
Strong understanding of both online and traditional travel operations
