Akkodis is seeking a Master Data Inventory Analyst with a client in Findlay, OH.
Rate Range: $35/hour to $$39.44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

โข Work Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
About the Role
This is a mid-level professional role (4+ years of experience) within the Materials Management and Supply Chain function. The selected candidate will support Master Data Management (MDM) for materials, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and enrichment within SAP.
Youโll collaborate with a small team (Manager + 3 Analysts across multiple locations) focused on analyzing and cleansing material master data specific to Marathon Petroleum.
Key Responsibilities
โข Support standardization of material master descriptions, classifications, and governance practices.
โข Execute large-scale material master data cleansing and enrichment initiatives.
โข Facilitate the creation, extension, and deduplication of material master records.
โข Partner with operational site stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related pain points.
โข Collaborate across the Materials Management team to deliver optimization projects that enhance data integrity and business value.
โข Support procurement and supply chain teams in searching, cleansing, and validating ~20K material records.
โข Utilize SAP daily to extract, validate, and enrich material data using various transaction codes and classifications.
Top Technical Skills
โข Excel (Advanced): Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, and reporting
โข SAP (Experienced User): Data extraction, material searches, master data updates, cleansing, and reporting
โข Master Data Management: Data governance, accuracy assurance, and enrichment
โข Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of materials, commodities, and inventory management concepts
โข Preferred: Oil & Gas or Industrial industry experience
