Role description
Job Summary Responsible for the accurate setup and loading of master data into the global LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) according to global guidelines and data governance principles. This role ensures data integrity, performs data cleansing activities, and establishes local support structures for ongoing data management. Key Responsibilities • Perform local master data setup and loading in alignment with global standards and data principles. • Build and enter required master data into the global LIMS system, including: • Consumables • Sampling plans • Specifications • Parameter lists • Test methods • LES templates • Conduct data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and quality. • Develop local work instructions to support site-level execution of global processes. • Support data integrity initiatives and ongoing data management activities. • Utilize LIMS or similar systems while adhering to quality and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Education • Bachelor of Science in a science-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Experience • Entry-level position (0-4 years). • Experience in: • Quality Control (QC) • Enterprise Systems • Validation • Data management and master data loading processes • LIMS or similar data management systems Required Skills • Strong attention to detail. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of QC laboratory operations and data requirements. • Ability to develop clear and concise work instructions. • Proficiency with LIMS or comparable systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Preferred Background • Familiarity with quality systems including: • Deviations • CAPAs • Change Controls • OTNs • TrackWise • Understanding of GMP/cGMP environments. • Experience reviewing validation protocols and reports. • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality control processes. Ability to manage medium-to-large projects and work cross-functionally
