Role description
We are currently recruiting for an MBS Data Analyst based in Greater London.
Pay rate: £450 - 600 - per day (paid weekly) – inside IR35
Hours: Full time (3 days per week will be office based)
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: Migration from on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Duties:
• Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Data quality assessment and cleansing
• Ensuring data aligns with strategy and reconciles post-migration
• Supporting the master vendor (not hands-on transformation)
Essential Experience:
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration
• Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules
• Understanding of data security and working with sensitive data
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working with both technical and business teams
Desirable Experience:
• Public sector experience (not essential)
• Experience with multiple data sources (e.g., spreadsheets, small databases)
