Experience: 12+ Years Domain Expertise: Property and Casualty Insurance
Professional Summary :
· Experienced Business Analyst with over a decade of proven success in the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
· Brings deep expertise in data analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. Has played a key role in multiple Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and is well-versed in Agile project delivery.
· Core Competencies Data Analysis & SQL: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
· Comfortable writing SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and reporting to support business decisions. MDM Project Exposure: Experience in defining and implementing MDM rules including match and merge logic, survivorship strategies, and data quality standards.
· Collaborates with data stewards and governance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
· Agile Project Delivery: Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. JIRA & User Story Creation: Proficient in using JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution.
· Skilled in writing clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for MDM and data-centric projects.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Works closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate data rules, and ensure alignment with business goals. Documentation & Communication:
· Strong documentation skills including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and data dictionaries.
· Communicates effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Nice-to-Have
Tools & Technologies : SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake Informatica MDM, Talend, or other MDM platforms JIRA, Confluence Excel, Power BI, Tableau (for data visualization)
