About the Role: Job Title – MDM Strategy Solution Location – London, Paddington, UK Mode of Work – Hybrid (3-4 Days Onsite Per Week) Type of Hiring – Permanent / Fixed Term Employment (FTE – 12+ Months) Skills- Mandatory Skills : INFORMATICA-MDM Required Skills- Technical Skills:- • Strong expertise in Informatica MDM 10 years preferred • Handson experience with • Informatica Data Director • Informatica Data Quality IDQ • Informatica PowerCenter IICS • Cloud MDM Customer 360 • Strong SQL and data modelling skills • Experience with ETL data integration APIs and messaging platforms • Knowledge of Master Data domains • Customer • Product • Supplier Vendor • Financial Data Data Management Expertise: • Master Data Management Strategy • Data Governance • Metadata Management • Data Quality Frameworks • Data Stewardship Processes • Data Lineage Data Catalog Concepts Roles & Responsibilities:- • Lead MDM initiatives across Customer Product Vendor and Reference Data domains • Define MDM architecture data standards governance processes and implementation roadmaps • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions • Establish enterprise-wide master data management best practices Data Governance Quality- • Define and implement Data Governance frameworks and stewardship processes • Establish data quality metrics monitoring mechanisms and remediation processes • Drive data profiling cleansing deduplication and survivorship rule implementation • Ensure compliance with data management policies and standards Solution Design Implementation- • Design and implement Informatica MDM solutions including • Informatica MDM Hub • Data Director • Data Quality IDQ • Reference 360 Customer 360 Cloud MDM • Lead source system analysis and data mapping activities • Oversee integration with downstream and upstream applications using ETL API based solutions Technical Leadership- • Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to development teams • Conduct design reviews code reviews and performance optimization activities • Mentor junior developers and technical leads • Resolve complex data integration and data quality issues Stakeholder Program Management- • Work with business architecture and delivery teams across multiple geographies • Conduct requirement workshops and solution demonstrations • Manage project risks dependencies and delivery milestones • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Leadership Skills: • Team management and mentoring experience • Excellent stakeholder communication • Ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
