Role description
Program Manager, Media Advertising & Conversion Position Overview The Program Manager, Media Advertising & Conversion is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of paid media programs across digital and traditional channels. This role drives measurable business outcomes by managing media investments to improve brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion performance across the full marketing funnel. The position partners cross-functionally with marketing, brand, UX, analytics, production, and agency teams to develop and optimize campaigns that increase engagement, lead quality, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities Media Strategy & Campaign Management • Develop and own integrated paid media strategies aligned with business objectives across digital and traditional channels • Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns • Manage media budgets, forecasts, and approvals • Coordinate media buying and campaign execution with agency partners • Maintain campaign timelines, project updates, and stakeholder communication Performance Optimization & Analytics • Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements • Optimize conversion performance across the marketing funnel • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, and usability reviews • Track and improve ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates • Build and maintain an ongoing optimization roadmap • Develop and document conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with marketing, brand, analytics, UX, and production teams to align campaign execution • Collaborate with agency partners and vendors • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders • Support training and education of internal teams on conversion optimization Additional Duties • Maintain campaign documentation and reporting • Support compliance and approval processes as required • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–6+ years of digital marketing experience, including paid media • Experience managing complex media campaigns and budgets • Hands-on experience with: • Google Ads • The Trade Desk • Meta advertising platforms • Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) • Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models • Experience with project management software • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven industries • Agency or high-growth company experience • Experience collaborating with creative or design teams Core Competencies • Digital Marketing & Paid Media Strategy • Business Analytics & Performance Measurement • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Communication & Stakeholder Management • Project Management • Customer Experience Awareness • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving • Social Media and Traditional Marketing Knowledge • Technology and Data Fluency
