Job Title: Member of Technical Staff – DCIMLocation: RemoteThe base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Company Summary:Member of Technical Staff, DCIM to build and refine internal tooling that streamlines how we buy, track, deploy, and operate data-center hardware. You will develop asset-management, inventory, visualization, and operational-insight tools for engineering, operations, and support teams. Working cross-functionally, you’ll deliver scalable, reliable, user-friendly solutions while mentoring peers and shaping our technical direction. About You 5+ years coding in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar, with deep knowledge of distributed-system design patterns and scalability. Experience with NetBox for managing our multi-datacenter network infrastructure Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency/multithreading. Comfortable with TCP/IP, network programming, and Unix/Linux environments. Balance trade-offs to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. Build strong cross-team relationships and drive shared success. Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5–8+ years professional experience. Convey complex ideas succinctly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
