Role description
Functional Consultant responsible for design, configuration and development of MES solutions using .NET and C# technology in semiconductor manufacturing.
Requires experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and deep understanding of SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related).
Responsibilities include developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, configuring equipment communication parameters and data collection, creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes, collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes, monitoring equipment status and performance metrics, implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC), GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management and factory automation.
Must maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and follow good documentation and testing practices.
Desired skills include Java, REST Web Services, Camstar (Siemens Opcenter) and EIS Digital Factory Solutions.
