Key Qualifications β€’ You are familiar with technical specifications of media deliverables for content mastering, localization, and archiving within the media and entertainment industry β€’ You possess a solid understanding of valid and invalid metadata requirements for commonly used media delivery specifications across post-production to distribution workflows β€’ You have experience in assessing the holistic validity of data within media and entertainment contexts to ensure the digital asset records are accurately described, structured, and maintained across multiple content management systems β€’ You are skilled in working with multiple data formats such as relational and document (JSON, XML) with a strong understanding of how data structures and relationships are modeled and represented to the system end users β€’ You are proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing large media content and distribution datasets β€’ You have advanced skills in Excel for pivoting, visualization and ad-hoc reporting β€’ You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, OpenSearch, and equivalent applications to analyze patterns for error occurrence β€’ You are comfortable using JSON/XML for bulk asset and metadata updates via APIs or import pipelines, coordinating mapping with system developers β€’ You have strong problem solving and communication skills β€’ You have an interest in archive / library sciences, policy and best practices. β€’ You understand order management and media distribution workflows β€’ You have experience with SDLC (software development life cycle) projects and are able to prioritize tasks and projects accordingly β€’ You are comfortable writing technical documentation to communicate technical requirements, conceptual designs and workflows β€’ You must be collaborative, organized and a team player β€’ You are able to work in a changing and evolving environment β€’ You must have the ability to make decision independently β€’ You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to contribute to and understand the organization’s vision for the future 1. Job Description β€’ The Data Analyst (Curation) will be responsible for executing and overseeing the following: β€’ Work closely with stakeholders (including business operations, system developers, and data management teams) to establish, maintain, and improve curation processes and workflows, ensuring data is consistently maintained and asset integrity is preserved across mastering, localization, and archival pipelines β€’ Work closely with the stakeholders to resolve metadata discrepancies and data integrity issues β€’ Develop and maintain documentation of specifications, metadata standards, and operational guidelines to ensure stakeholder assets are consistently registered in alignment with our content management systems β€’ Validate metadata and asset records holistically to ensure the accuracy and compliance with industry specifications β€’ Manage and monitor data consistency across multiple content management systems β€’ Create ad-hoc reports, pivot analysis, and dashboard using tools and methods like SQL database query, Excel, Tableau, OpenSearch to communicate insights effectively β€’ Other responsibilities as assigned by management 1.
