Senior MetaVance Developer (CA:GEN) • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MetaVance Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our core healthcare administration platform. • In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our MetaVance ecosystem, focusing specifically on Claims, Benefits, and Pricing modules. • You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our systems remain robust, scalable, and compliant with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities • Application Development: Design and build high-performance components within MetaVance using CA:GEN, focusing on Claims, Claims Payable, and Benefits modules. • Systems Maintenance: Support and optimize both online and batch processing functionality to ensure seamless daily operations. • Technical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis within the MetaVance structure using Oracle SQL and internal configuration tools to troubleshoot and refine processes. • Full Lifecycle Engineering: Maintain and enhance MetaVance BSI (Business Service Interface) components, utilizing CA:GEN APIs, Guardien, and Report Composer. • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant to business stakeholders, presenting impact assessments and recommending system enhancements to improve claims accuracy and efficiency. • Documentation: Produce detailed process specifications and technical blueprints that align with healthcare industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications • MetaVance Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience, specifically within Claims and Benefits modules. • Tooling: Expert proficiency in CA:GEN, including Guardien, Report Composer, and CA:GEN APIs. • Programming & Data: Strong command of C and Oracle SQL (SQL Developer) for complex data manipulation and analysis. • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Healthcare Claims Processing and benefits configuration. • Professional Experience • Experience in Business Consulting or System Design within a healthcare environment. • Proven track record of managing both online and batch-processing environments. • Familiarity with MetaVance Pricing modules. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business impacts for stakeholders.
