Role description
Client located in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a Metrics & Reporting Designer / Analyst for a long-term contract position. This person will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the software engineers. They will conduct structured discovery sessions to understand needs, document current state reporting, proposed reporting changes, and implement industry best practices.
Required:
-Senior level business systems analysis of data, reporting and BI systems.
-Strong SQL query skills (joins, aggregations, window functions and CTEs).
-Experience designing Tableau visualizations.
-Wireframing / prototyping experience.
-Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and creating BRDs / TRDs.
Desired:
-Metrics framework experience (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, North Star metrics).
-Understanding of data warehouse concepts / modeling (star/snowflake schemas, facts, dimensions).
-SAFe Agile.
