About the Company We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong track record of delivering scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities • Act as the Power Platform SME, providing technical leadership and best practice guidance across teams. • Design, develop, and implement solutions using: • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) • Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, integrations) • Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, reports, and analytics) • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. • Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to governance and security standards. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems (e.g., APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365). • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications. • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks. • Mentor and guide junior developers and team members. • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery. • Conduct code reviews, solution audits, and technical assessments. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform. Required Skills Proven expertise in: • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) • Power Automate (workflow automation, RPA, integrations) • Power BI (data visualization, DAX, data modeling) Strong understanding of: • Microsoft Dataverse • API integrations and connectors • Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.) • Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, from design to deployment. • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
