Microsoft Data & Analytics Practice Lead £600–£675 per day | Inside IR35 | Initial 6 months Location: UK (occasional travel) A market-leading technology organisation is seeking a Microsoft Data & Analytics Practice Lead to help shape and scale its Microsoft Data & Analytics capability. This senior role combines practice leadership, technical authority and pre-sales engagement, supporting enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation. You will lead the evolution of Microsoft Fabric, Purview and Power BI propositions, support new business activity, assure complex solutions, and develop high-performing data teams. Key Responsibilities • Shape and deliver the Microsoft Data & Analytics practice strategy and offerings • Support pre-sales, bids and senior client engagements • Provide technical leadership and assurance across enterprise solutions • Lead and develop architects, engineers and analysts • Embed strong governance, security and ethical AI standards Required Experience • Proven leadership in Microsoft Data & Analytics within consultancy or large enterprise environments • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Power BI, data architecture and modelling • Experience with Python, PySpark and T-SQL • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and shaping enterprise solutions • Eligible for SC Clearance (five years continuous UK residency) Please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
