Role description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and Power Platform development, along with a passion for delivering scalable and efficient business solutions. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely and the expectation to be on-site in Milton Keynes 2 days per month for collaboration and project meetings. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Customise and extend Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and plugins to meet business requirements. • Develop and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, automate business processes using Power Automate, and integrate systems using Dataverse connectors. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solution alignment with business objectives. • Support integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise applications for performance and scalability. • Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisations, form scripting (JavaScript), Power Fx, and Dataverse schema design. • Experience with API integrations, Azure services, or Power Platform connectors is highly desirable. • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions. • Solid understanding of software development best practices and application lifecycle management in Microsoft environments. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Based in the UK with the ability to attend on-site sessions in Milton Keynes twice per month.
