Role description
Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (1 year)
Pay: $55–$60/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer to lead the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a well-established financial institution in downtown St. Louis. Reporting to a Manager, you'll serve as system administrator for multiple CRM instances and act as the technical liaison between CRM, integrated applications, and internal business stakeholders.
This is a hands-on architecture and development role for someone who wants full ownership of a CRM environment — from entity design through security, automation, and deployment.
What You'll Do
• Architect, implement, test, and deploy functionality in MS Dynamics CRM following Agile/Scrum methodology
• Build efficient solutions using entities, workflows, PowerApps, and Power Automate
• Create and update entities, workflows, forms/UI, and security profiles based on business requirements
• Design and implement security models that restrict CRM data/entity/form access to privileged users only
• Lead CRM deployment activities, including documentation of the deployment plan and checklist
• Support implementation of automated testing
• Implement best practices for design, planning, and response model development to increase constituent engagement
• Perform business and data analysis to understand the operating model and data characteristics of internal CRM clients
• Partner with the Product Manager to build a successful roadmap for CRM and related integrated applications
What You Need
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• 5 years of full life-cycle Microsoft D365 Sales, Service, Field Service, and/or Project Service implementation experience, including PowerApps and Power Automate/workflows
• A combination of the following:
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification (helpful, not required)
• Experience with Outlook integration and queues
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
• Experience with information security standards and assessment processes
• US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with 3+ years of US residency (required for this role)
Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade/rate.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. Rate of pay within the stated range will depend on the qualification of the applicant.
