Role: D365 Customer Service Marketing Developer
Location: Redmond WA Hybrid
🧭 Role Overview
A D365 Customer Service Marketing Developer is responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions focused on customer service and marketing modules. This includes building workflows, integrating with other systems, and enhancing user experience through automation and analytics.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Development
Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, business processes, and workflows to meet organizational needs
1.
Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and CRM SDK.
Build RESTful web services and integrate third-party applications.
Use tools like PowerFx, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, and Ribbon Workbench.
1. Customer Service Capabilities
Implement omnichannel support including live chat, email, and virtual agents.
Configure agent interfaces (Unified Service Desk, Customer Service Hub) for tailored experiences

Enable case management, scheduling, and escalation workflows.
Embed Customer Service in Teams and Outlook for seamless communication.
1. Marketing Integration
Work with Customer Insights and Marketing modules to support outbound and real-time journeys
1.
Develop marketing automation flows using Power Automate and Customer Insights.
Support campaign management, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
1. Data & Reporting
Leverage Power BI and Customer Service Insights for dashboards and analytics.
Migrate data using Azure Data Factory and Dataverse

Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and governance standards.
1. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipeline management.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
