Job Title: Microsoft Engineer (Contract – 4 Months) Location: Central New Jersey (Hybrid) Industry: Healthcare Start Date: Immediate Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Engineer to support a critical 4-month infrastructure and security project for a leading healthcare organization in Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Active Directory (AD) migration and Microsoft Sentinel implementation, with a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute Active Directory migration, including domain consolidation, OU restructuring, and GPO rationalization. • Design and implement Microsoft Sentinel for enterprise-wide security monitoring and incident response. • Collaborate with internal IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with HIPAA and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and operational procedures. • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal IT staff as needed. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure engineering roles. • Hands-on experience with complex AD migrations (multi-domain, hybrid environments). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Sentinel: deployment, rule creation, data connectors, and incident response workflows. • Familiarity with Azure AD, Defender for Cloud, and Microsoft 365 security stack. • Experience in healthcare IT environments or regulated industries is a strong
