Data Architecture & Engineering
β’ Architect and develop scalable Microsoft Fabric data solutions including OneLake, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
β’ Design and implement robust medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) for ingestion, transformation, and consumption.
β’ Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Data Factory in Fabric, Spark notebooks, Eventstreams, and Pipelines.
β’ Develop high-performance Dimensional/Star Schema and analytics-ready semantic models.
Analytics Engineering
β’ Build curated semantic models using Power BI in Fabric and DirectLake.
β’ Create reusable data marts, data transformations, DAX measures, and BI-ready data structures.
β’ Partner with Analysts and product teams to enable selfβservice analytics at scale.
Data Quality, Governance & Operations
β’ Implement data quality rules, observability, and monitoring frameworks.
β’ Define and enforce governance standards including lineage, cataloging, access control, and security using Purview integration.
β’ Optimize storage, compute, and performance across Fabric workloads.
β’ Support CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment automation for Fabric artifacts.
Collaboration & Leadership
β’ Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior engineers.
β’ Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
β’ Advocate best practices for cloud data engineering and Microsoft Fabric adoption.
