Join the AI Business Transformation team to accelerate digital transformation through automation and AI-driven solutions. This developer role centers on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) to optimize workflows and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Build automation flows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes
β’ Create custom operational applications using Power Apps
β’ Develop conversational agents with Copilot Studio for business-specific use cases
β’ Design and implement Generative AI models and intelligent systems
β’ Lead AI solution development from data ingestion to model deployment
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
β’ Document development workflows and ensure solution integrity across environments
β’ Participate in solution reviews and product demos
β’ Stay up-to-date on AI, machine learning, and data science trends
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
β’ 2+ years professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
β’ Familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent design
β’ Demonstrable experience deploying AI solutions within a business setting
β’ Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or comparable ML frameworks
β’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
β’ Skilled in low-code/no-code development environments
β’ Solid understanding of data flows, API integrations, and automation logic
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
β’ Strong time management and independent work skills
