This developer role centers on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) to optimize workflows and internal processes. Key Responsibilities • Build automation flows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes • Create custom operational applications using Power Apps • Develop conversational agents with Copilot Studio for business-specific use cases • Design and implement Generative AI models and intelligent systems • Lead AI solution development from data ingestion to model deployment • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Document development workflows and ensure solution integrity across environments • Participate in solution reviews and product demos • Stay up-to-date on AI, machine learning, and data science trends Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline • 2+ years professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent design • Demonstrable experience deploying AI solutions within a business setting • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or comparable ML frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices • Skilled in low-code/no-code development environments • Solid understanding of data flows, API integrations, and automation logic • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Strong time management and independent work skills
