Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & BI Specialist with hands-on experience in Snowflake, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing enterprise data solutions, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and actionable insights across the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, visualization best practices, and BI platform support.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data models and ETL pipelines in Snowflake.
Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics using Tableau and MicroStrategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver meaningful data visualizations.
Optimize queries and data structures for high performance and scalability.
Implement and maintain data governance and security standards, including user access, RLS (Row-Level Security), and data quality controls.
Support integration between Snowflake, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
Manage and monitor BI environments, ensuring data freshness, consistency, and uptime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data engineering, governance, and business users — to align analytics initiatives with organizational objectives.
Document data sources, data models, and BI processes to support transparency and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, SQL, warehouse management).
Proven experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or MicroStrategy.
Excellent command of SQL, ETL design, and data transformation best practices.
Working knowledge of data governance, security, and user management principles.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
