Mid-Level Web/Digital Analytics Consultant 100% Remote role – Candidates MUST BE CURRENTLY residing in the EST, CST or MST regions of USA 9-months contract with possible extension - - 37.50 hours work week No Visa / No 3rd party / No 3rd party referral / No C2C candidates please PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT looking for a Data Analyst. We need a mid-level Web/Digital Analytics Consultant, with ONLY 3-4 years of TOTAL experience, focusing on user behavior, traffic, conversion metrics on websites and apps, using tools like Google/Adobe Analytics, Heap, etc. If interested, please send your resume to: asim.ghosh@insourcenow.com POSITION SUMMARY This is a Mid-Level role with no more than 3-4 years of total experience. This resource will primarily be responsible for analyzing Digital Analytics, CRO, A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, website traffic, and conversion metrics on websites and applications. Additionally, this person will monitor and report on performance for various aspects of Marketing & Communication ecosystem, work with Analytics, IT, and Marketing stakeholders to help build, optimize, scale, and manage BI ecosystem. QUALIFICATIONS • 3-4 years of experience working in a Web or Digital Analytics role (NOT DATA ANALYST). • Experience in CRO, A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, website traffic, and conversion metrics on websites and applications. • Working knowledge of common marketing data types, including web/mobile analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap), advertising analytics (Google Marketing Platform, Meta, The Trade Desk, etc.), and phone tracking (e.g., Invoca). • The ability to understand the context of data and how it can inform business analysis. • Confidence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. • High School Diploma.
