MLOps Data Engineer

Role: Data Engineering & MLOps Senior Associate/Manager – Azure Cloud Location: Dallas, TX or California (CST/PST Time Zone)/Remote Type: W2 Contract Experience Level: 8–10 years (Senior Associate / Manager Level) About the Role We’re seeking a Data Engineering & MLOps Manager with deep hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, Data Pipelines, and AI/ML Operations. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with the ability to deliver scalable data workflows, orchestrate cloud infrastructure, and ensure reliable AI model operations across production environments. You will play a key role in designing, automating, and maintaining the data and model lifecycle using modern DevOps, data engineering, and monitoring frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and orchestration of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Airflow, and Python. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized deployments, and Kubernetes orchestration for data and ML workflows. Implement AI/ML model monitoring, post-production governance, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable cloud solutions. Develop dashboards and observability tools using Kibana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor. Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in DevOps, MLOps, and data quality management.
