Mobile Lead

Tech Lead: • Responsible to drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications. This role will lead a cross-functional team, define technical strategies, and ensure robust monitoring and incident management practices. • Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps. • Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms. • Oversee proactive monitoring scripts and dashboards for application health. • Guide RCA processes and ensure preventive measures are implemented. • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC. • Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing through documentation and KBs. • Drive DevOps maturity assessment and roadmap execution. Required Technical Skills • Expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools. • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Node.js). • Deep understanding of native Android and iOS architectures, app lifecycle, and crash handling. • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and incident management workflows. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation.
