Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Money Movement Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on cash management, transfers, payments, and operational workflow optimization within a fast-paced wealth management environment. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, operations, compliance, technology teams, and vendors to enhance and streamline money movement processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services, wealth management operations, and business analysis, with a deep understanding of wire transfers, ACH, journals, account funding, and payment-related workflows. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to money movement initiatives and operational processes • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to define solutions and drive delivery • Support initiatives involving: • Domestic and international wire transfers • ACH processing • Cashiering operations • Account funding and disbursements • Internal/external journals • Payment processing workflows • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and functional specifications • Assist with gap analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production validation • Work closely with technology teams during implementation and deployment activities • Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements • Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project status updates Required Qualifications • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial services or wealth management • Strong knowledge of money movement operations and payment workflows • Experience with wire transfers, ACH, cashiering, and account servicing operations • Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements • Experience working in Agile environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other BA tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience within wealth management, private banking, or brokerage environments • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to payment processing • Prior experience supporting operational transformation or workflow automation initiatives • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital payment platforms is a plus
