Note : Health care domain experience is preferable
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB / Mongo DB
Solid understanding of NoSQL data modeling and schema design
Proficiency in CRUD operations and aggregation pipelines
Experience with MongoDB Atlas (cluster management, monitoring, backups, security)
Practical experience using MongoDB Shell (mongosh)
Proven experience developing and supporting ETL processes
Knowledge of indexing, performance tuning, and query optimization
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integrations
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
