Role description
• Proven experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases -
• Strong understanding of document-based data modeling -
• Proficiency in MongoDB query language (CRUD operations, aggregation framework) -
• Experience with indexing strategies and performance tuning -
• Knowledge of data security, access control, and encryption best practices -
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools -
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -
• PBM Experience
Preferred Qualifications -
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas -
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js -
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) -
• Understanding of data visualization or BI tools -
• MongoDB certification (associate or professional)
Education: -
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
