Job Description:
Experienced D365/SFDC BSA who is passionate about technology and innovation as exposure to CPQ Application.
Responsibilities:
D365 and PROs Configuration:
Configure D365 by creating fields, formula fields, and setting up workflow rules.
Ensure that the D365 environment is tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. Dynamics CRM customizations with experience in Implementation/Support on Microsoft Dynamics 365
D365 (Sales, Marketing, CE) - Power Platform, PowerApps - Flows/Workflows β
Business Process Flows - Business Rules - Web Resources - Excel Import/Export - Security - UIβs, Sub-Grids, Data Modelling.
Administration: Perform general D365 administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. Maintain the overall health and security of the D365 environment.
Development: Having D365 development experience is a big PLUS.
Problem Solving: Identify issues and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance. Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring seamless operation of the D365 and Power platform.
Collaboration: Ensure close communication with the team, keeping team members appraised of progress and issues, and proactively reaching out when the path forward isnβt clear.
Best Practices: Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed to maintain high-quality code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Good to have - Knowledge or exposure to SFDC Sales is a plus
Qualifications:
β’ 6 to 8 years of experience in D365 administration
β’ Strong knowledge of D365 configuration, including creating fields, formula fields, and workflow rules.
β’ Experience with general D365 administration tasks and development exp.
β’ Good to have - Experience with PROs CPQ.
β’ Self-driven and able to identify issues and develop solutions independently.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
β’ D365 Sales cloud exp
β’ Champion and evangelize best project management and Agile scrum disciplines
β’ Must have worked on design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on expertise of functional and technical team members, as appropriate
