Role description
A major client of ours has a need for a MS Dynamics Engineer. This is a potential contract to hire opportunity that is remote. Only considering W2 candidates.
Expected hours of work - 8am - 4:30pm EST.
Overview
The CRM Engineer, will develop, implement, and maintain a wide variety of CRM deployments across multiple environments. The CRM Engineer will collaborate with architecture, UX and other development teams, as well as the business community.
Core Responsibilities
β’ Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications
β’ Update/Support Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows
β’ Update/Support Microsoft Azure Function Apps
β’ Update/Support Microsoft Azure Logic Apps
β’ Support Development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalities
β’ Develop, test, and implement D365 Power Automate and related Cloud Flows
β’ Develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics
β’ Participate in business case creation and estimation of work
β’ Recommend and implement best practices
β’ Consult with business to modernize business processes by leveraging Power Automate, Azure Functions and Logic Apps
β’ Assist in communicating new features released to users
β’ Create and maintain application solution documentation
β’ Assist in writing user guides for newly developed apps
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues when needed
β’ On-call and/or after-hours work required
Skills Qualifications
β’ Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure
β’ Must be self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interact well with others and communicate professionally with people at all levels.
β’ Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), C#, .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development activities
β’ At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience preferred
β’ Experience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service
β’ Good exposure to Common data services like Dataverse and integration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.
β’ Experience building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps
β’ Experience working in an Agile delivery team
Education
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
β’ 3+ years hands on CRM experience
β’ 2+ Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps
β’ 5+ years IT experience
β’ Strong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independently
